CANCELLATION ELIGIBILITY

1. Project Completion Deadline
To be eligible for a full refund, you must cancel your project at least 24 – 48 hours before the project’s scheduled completion date. If you meet this requirement, you will receive a full refund as per our Refund Policy; otherwise, the refund amount will be determined based on our Refund Policy.

3. Cancellation by Concerned Person
Only the individual who signed up for the project using their registered phone number can request project cancellation and seek a refund. We verify the identity of the requester to ensure the security and integrity of the process.

Depending on the nature of the work and the type of project, we reserve the right to pause or resume projects as necessary to maintain quality and meet project objectives. These actions will be taken in accordance with the project’s terms and requirements.

Project cancellations will typically be processed within 2 – 5 hours of the request, and any applicable refunds will be issued according to our Refund Policy.
